As the president of Saberus Inc., I lead a team of dedicated professionals who provide top industrial talent in the plastics industry. I have over 13 years of experience in this niche and specialized field, and I hold a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) certification from the National Association of Personnel Services.

My mission is to partner with companies and individuals in the plastics industry and help them achieve their goals and potential. I have a proven track record of developing and deploying strategic talent attraction initiatives, managing external resources and partnerships, building and deploying employment brand, fostering diversity and inclusion, and facilitating the upward mobility of people. I have also received several honors for my achievements, such as the 2013 Rookie of the Year, the 2017 Top Producer Award, and the 2018 Plastics News Honoree for Women Breaking the Mold.

Sheri Zimmermann

Recruiting Manager

Sheri started her career in Financial Services over 25 years ago. Her career has been in Business Development and Relationship Building. She has always had a passion for networking and bringing businesses and individuals together to grow and prosper.

Sheri and her husband have two amazing Daughters and seven wonderful Grandchildren. In addition, they have two Labrador Retrievers that keep them busy. They love outdoors and enjoy hunting, fishing, camping and being on the lakes and rivers.

Suzanne Ciccone

Recruiting Manager

Suzanne has been in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years. She started out helping hundreds of people reach their fitness goals to opening gyms across the country and finding the best talent to support their growth.

She climbed the ladder to management and leadership roles within Health and Fitness Facilities. Working alongside consulting teams to open, fully staff, and lead training and development courses for multiple Fitness clubs in competitive markets such as NYC, Long Island, LA and San Diego, Suzanne has gained a broad spectrum of priceless insight and skillsets. She believes in adhering to a health and fitness lifestyle rather than a trend for herself and her family.

Bella Maryanovsky

Recruiting Manager

Award-winning strategic partner with over twenty years of comprehensive full life cycle recruiting in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting, Information Technology, and Staffing/Consulting industries.

As an Executive Recruiter specializing in Engineering, Manufacturing, Government Contracting, and Accounting demonstrated skills in managing the Full Life Cycle of recruiting, networking, account management, and pipelining perspective candidates.

Significant experience gained in interaction with Senior Level Management to develop search strategies and the recruitment of key professionals to fit client needs. Possess an in-depth understanding of organizational and legal issues affecting the hiring process. An assertive motivated individual is able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.

Susan York

Recruiting Manager

Susan spent the first 21 years of her career working on the ground floor of 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing technology. She worked in engineering roles where she specialized in plastics and flow controls, performed research support engineering, and then migrated to sales where she began managing direct and indirect sales teams around the world.

More recently, Susan worked for the last 7 years as a senior leader within a testing an inspection company. Her specialty has been helping companies with engineering solutions and mentoring sales professionals to reach new heights by partnering with their clients.

Susan and her husband Jim live in Wisconsin with their two yellow Labrador retrievers, they enjoy visiting Colorado where their two daughters and granddaughters live, and enjoy traveling and taking part in various outdoor activities.

Savannah THOMPSON

MARKETING AND OPERATIONS MANAGER

Savannah began her career with a design degree in the field of Arts, where she initially focused on reconfiguring 2D artwork to be printed, sculpted, and sewn into 3D items for manufacturing. This foundational work ignited her passion for solving complex problems by merging creativity with the possibilities of digital design. Over the years, Savannah has expanded her skill set to encompass various areas, including print layout, web design, marketing collateral, and social media marketing.

Her diverse experience and forward-thinking approach make her an invaluable asset to Saberus, Inc. Savannah’s ability to seamlessly blend artistic vision with practical application has driven her success in previous roles and will undoubtedly contribute to Saberus Inc.’s continued success.

Samantha was born and raised in New York. She moved to the South after getting married and has enjoyed building her life in the Carolinas ever since.

Michelle is an experienced Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional with a proven record of driving recruitment, employee relations, and operational compliance across various industries. Managed high-volume recruiting efforts across multiple sites as a Site Manager, demonstrating a strong ability to recruit, onboard, and manage HR functions in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Skilled in policy implementation, performance evaluation, and fostering productive employer-employee relations. She holds an Associates degree in Business Administration, enhancing organizational and administrative capabilities. Michelle has a love for the outdoors and enjoys visiting places out West with her family.
