Brianna began her career in Financial Services, building relationships with individuals and business owners in her region solving complex financial needs. She pivoted to recruitment after identifying that her true passion was helping people. As her career advanced, so did her desire to consult and partner with top tier companies and individuals.

Brianna is married to her sweetheart and together they have five wonderful and dynamic kids.

Sheri Zimmermann

Recruiting Manager

Sheri started her career in Financial Services over 25 years ago. Her career has been in Business Development and Relationship Building. She has always had a passion for networking and bringing businesses and individuals together to grow and prosper.

Sheri and her husband have two amazing Daughters and seven wonderful Grandchildren. In addition, they have two Labrador Retrievers that keep them busy. They love outdoors and enjoy hunting, fishing, camping and being on the lakes and rivers.

Suzanne Ciccone

Recruiting Manager

Suzanne has been in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years. She started out helping hundreds of people reach their fitness goals to opening gyms across the country and finding the best talent to support their growth.

She climbed the ladder to management and leadership roles within Health and Fitness Facilities. Working alongside consulting teams to open, fully staff, and lead training and development courses for multiple Fitness clubs in competitive markets such as NYC, Long Island, LA and San Diego, Suzanne has gained a broad spectrum of priceless insight and skillsets. She believes in adhering to a health and fitness lifestyle rather than a trend for herself and her family.

Bella Maryanovsky

Recruiting Manager

Award-winning strategic partner with over twenty years of comprehensive full life cycle recruiting in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting, Information Technology, and Staffing/Consulting industries.

As an Executive Recruiter specializing in Engineering, Manufacturing, Government Contracting, and Accounting demonstrated skills in managing the Full Life Cycle of recruiting, networking, account management, and pipelining perspective candidates.

Significant experience gained in interaction with Senior Level Management to develop search strategies and the recruitment of key professionals to fit client needs. Possess an in-depth understanding of organizational and legal issues affecting the hiring process. An assertive motivated individual is able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.

Susan York

Recruiting Manager

Susan spent the first 21 years of her career working on the ground floor of 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing technology. She worked in engineering roles where she specialized in plastics and flow controls, performed research support engineering, and then migrated to sales where she began managing direct and indirect sales teams around the world.

More recently, Susan worked for the last 7 years as a senior leader within a testing an inspection company. Her specialty has been helping companies with engineering solutions and mentoring sales professionals to reach new heights by partnering with their clients.

Susan and her husband Jim live in Wisconsin with their two yellow Labrador retrievers, they enjoy visiting Colorado where their two daughters and granddaughters live, and enjoy traveling and taking part in various outdoor activities.

Savannah Porcello

Marketing Manager

Savannah began her career after graduating with a design degree in the field of Arts by reconfiguring 2D artwork to be printed, sculpted and sewn into 3D items to be manufactured. Soon, she discovered her passion for solving problems by combining creativity with the possibilities of digital design.

Savannah has expanded her career to areas of print layout, web design, marketing collateral, and social media marketing. Savannah resides just outside of Charlotte, NC and is the proud mom of 2 sweet boys.

Maritza Gilmore

Recruiting Manager

Maritza Gilmore is a bilingual, dedicated business development professional and recruiter who helps facilitate successful career placements for candidates and employers. She has spent almost 2 decades supporting Human Resources functions and Talent Acquisition in manufacturing and corporate environments. Maritza began her career in the HR to help employees deal with the sometimes-overwhelming day-to-day issues at work.

While working as a corporate HR Manager, she managed 14 new facility start-ups and staffed the plants, bringing in leadership, technical and production personnel. Maritza worked on a National basis to create talent strategies in multiple states, and in some cases, remote locations. As a talent professional, Maritza was able to utilize her expertise to build local talent pools, collegiate
partners and training opportunities for the success of each location. Maritza has pivoted to focus her hiring efforts to benefit multiple manufacturers across the country.

Today, Maritza helps clients to find their new employees and helps each individual to find their passion and successful career placement.
